Non-emergent Issues:
Outside of normal business hours, clients may leave a message at the Wellness Center for non-emergent issues. Clients should contact their primary care provider or consulting provider for services received outside of the Wellness Center. Messages will be returned during normal business hours.

Emergent issues:
Outside of normal business hours, clients should immediately seek care for emergent conditions by calling 9-1-1, presenting to the nearest urgent care center, or emergency room. An emergency medical condition exists when the client’s condition is such that failure to provide immediate treatment or hospitalization would result in undue suffering or endanger life or limb.

- Chest pain
- Stroke symptoms
- Sepsis
- GI bleed
- Mental status changes
- Accidental poisoning
- Intractable nausea and vomiting
- Dental trauma
The client should not wait for normal business hours or present to the Wellness Center when an emergent condition exists. The client should, on presentation, inform the urgent care center or emergency room that they receive care at the Wellness Center. A release of information (R.O.I.) should be signed at the providing medical center in order to request Wellness Center records.
