Position Title: Health Educator/Resource Associate – (PT)

Paygrade: Part-time/Hourly

Location: Coffee County and Bulloch County Adult Health Clinics

Description of Duties: The Ryan White program is looking for a compassionate and proactive part-time Health Educator/Resource Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will help provide high-quality, culturally competent care to individuals living with HIV. This role involves engaging with patients, offering education and resources, and assisting with care coordination to improve patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include promoting HIV services, helping patients navigate healthcare, offering emotional and social support, and connecting them with resources like housing, transportation, and insurance. The position also involves preparing outreach materials.

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications: Public Health and Community Engagement experience. Strong communication skills. Bilingual preferred.
