Position Title: Customer Service Rep 1, 2, or 3 – Call Center

Paygrade: F, G, H

Location: Southeast Health District Call Center, Waycross, GA

Description of Duties: Under limited supervision provides excellent customer service for District Call Center, answering inbound calls as well as assisting clients who have general questions about Health Department Programs, scheduling appointments quickly and accurately, calling next day and missed appointments, and contacting Health Departments as needed.  Arrange for the dispatch of packets as well as sorting materials to be delivered to county health departments. Will work in Health Department as a CSR trained in M&M, GA-WIC and DHD to work up clients.  Assists in processing daily money reports and making bank deposits as needed.  Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma/GED and six (6) months of experience handling customer’s questions, complaints and/or providing information.

Preferred Qualifications: Computer experience (Word, EXCEL, data entry, etc.); Public Health experience; Experience working in an office and/or clinic setting; Customer Service skills; Previous Call Center experience. Bilingual-Spanish or Haitian Creole.
