To see if you meet testing criteria and are eligible for testing, please call 1-855-473-4374. A brief screening will be conducted and, if eligible, an appointment time and testing referral number will be provided to you for the testing site nearest to you. The hours to call concerning COVID-19 testing are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 7 PM and Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
